I believe our public schools must be fiscally responsible in preparing students for a joyful future through a love of learning. By focusing on excelling in the basics of reading and math, this foundation can uphold all other academic interests and pursuits. We must empower our teachers to build this academic foundation with strong parental involvement and freedom from bureaucratic distractions.
